      by far the best breakfast in plymouth. very affordable, free parking and DELICIOUS food with just the right sized portions. Lunch is also Beyond expectations in its deliciousness. I live in plymouth and suggest places to eat frequently and Waterstreet Cafe is ALWAYS my number one.
