We called after hours for a cracked flange (the top of the pipe coming out of the floor). We had no toilet, and a 5 year year old. The answering service was very friendly and personable. The woman told me someone would call us back shortly. Figuring shortly would translate to a couple of hours, I took my son to a neighbor's house to use the bathroom. McKay had someone call us back within 5 minutes. Absolutely unexpected. And even better, would be at our home in 30 minutes. Took the gentleman maybe 20 minutes and was done. Expected a hefty bill for after hours, and for being "Thanksgiving Eve." Price was affordable and saved our Thanksgiving tomorrow, and our budget for our son's Christmas gifts. Thank you McKay!
