I went in on a Saturday for my dress appointment. My mother and I were greeted warmly and made to feel very comfortable. Our assistant took the pictures I had brought with me and went to gather those dresses for me. We were also told by the owner Luigi that there was a "sale" room and to feel free to browse in there.. I found a huge selection of beautiful sample dresses. The sales girl helped me in and out of at least two dozen dresses and kept helping me go back and forth between the two i was torn between. At no time did I ever feel rushed or pressured to get a special order dress. I ended up purchasing a sample dress for way less than I had anticipated spending. The dress only needed small alterations to be done and the seamstress recommended that we could do t ourselves and not to waste the money on alterations. The bustling charge was also the least expensive of any bridal boutique I have been to.I would recommend anyone to go and look for their wedding dress here.

Although this business carries nice dresses, I have found them to be unprofessional and rude. They do not have good customer service, at times the tone is almost of mockery. I do not recommend this business because it's not worth the aggrevation one would go through dealing with these people. After rush-ordering my dress (which costs extra), I received my dress and was told they had no appointments for alterations. Upon receiving my dress, it was huge because it was ordered in too big of a size (which also cost extra), then charged a ridiculous amount for alterations. If the appropriate size had been ordered, there would have been no need for alterations. All in all, I would recommend that you spend your money elsewhere.
