Tried them for the first time and was very disappointed. My vehicle was not extremely nor heavily soiled, yet it did not come out clean. I feel like I threw money down the drain.

took my money for an automatic wash and wouldnt open the door. Tried calling the number on 3 separate days - no answer and no ability to leave a message. I have used them in the past with no issue, but they need to be accessible if something goes wrong. Will not be back.
