Rob will talk incessantly while charging you by the hour and having his worker do everything for him! He took my check and never finished the work. I called several times explaining I have an elderly woman here who needs light......no answer!

I will never use him and highly suggest you look elsewhere if integrity is high on your list of qualifications.
