As the PackPros group grew, we needed a second corrugated provider. Viking Paper Corporation II is located in Plymouth Indiana. The corrugator is the largest and most expensive machine in the corrugated manufacturing process. It is about the length of a football field and can cost several million dollars. Our corrugator combines rolls of linerboard and medium into sheets of corrugated board. Viking II is equipped to run single wall, double wall, and triple wall in a variety of flute heights. These can be run in every grade of ECT (Edge Crush Test) and Mullen (resistance to puncture) specifications.
