We called Fast-teks for a computer virus issue. Same day service a plus, and the tech was at our door right on time with shoe covers on. We will be referring them to all our friends and family members. They also give new clients a discount. We liked that alot! especially in this economy. We called Fast-teks to get a very bad virus off our machine and they were at our door with in 2 hours, right on time, friendly technician, fixed our computer in no time, made sure we had Anti-virus up and running. We will definitely call them again if we need help and we are referring them to all our friends and family members. We called Fast-teks and had a tech out within 2 hours. He fixed the problem that 2 other local company's could not. They are very reasonable, their technician was very friendly and professional, as well as their customer service. I would call them again and refer them to friends and family. Knowing they are there 24/7 ...7 days a week is very helpful as well.
