Had my vehicle towed from one auto repair place to them because they are the dealership to repair my type of auto. Was towed 5-20-16 and was told would be ready the next day. Got back 6- 6-16. Was told it was a wire then compressor, then main computer then back to the compressor. The computer was never necessary and they refused to put original computer back in and charged me over 600.00. Stephen, who is to be a customer service rep NEVER had my paperwork in hand when HE called me. I am disabled and needed a car and 2x's he promised me a car to use because they could not figure out what was wrong. Never received a car to use. In the end they never did fix my car, was the same as when it was towed to them, they put a part in that was not even needed, had car towed to them with a full tank of gas and received car back empty, they took off $100 as a discount but it was really the diagnostic fee that a normal dealership would have automatically taken off if they were to repair the vehicle.
