We are mid-project and it is dragging on. The work done is of very good quality, but crews show up randomly and fairly irregular intervals. This project was kicked off first week of March, and is not even halfway to completion at this point. Communication on project schedule and completion is non-existent. If you use Kelly's you will definitely need to get in writing a project completion date and plan upfront.
