Besides construction, Signature Properties also offers design, financing and mortgage facilities to customers. It has some preferred lenders including Academy Mortgage Corp, Chase Home Finance, Bank of America Home Loans, KMG Real Estate Finance, U.S. Bank and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Built It Green and PG&E are partners to Signature Properties and help it create and nurture communities.
