As a California SuperLawyer, Linda is accepting cases in the East Bay areas. Linda s twenty years of legal experience have lead to her selection as a California Superlawyer. Our attorneys work on a contingency basis; this means that our fees are deducted from benefits which we successfully assist our clients in obtaining. If we are not successful in getting our clients benefits, there is no fee.
