Seems to be a good place. I bought a 1994 Ford F-150 from this place about 2 weeks ago and have put several hundred trouble free miles on it so far. The price he was asking was fair, I'd recommend checking out what he's got for sale.

My family and I have been going to Norms for the past 23+ years and don't even bother of thinking of going anywhere else. Norm was a personal friend of the family and when Mike and Juanita took it over 20 ish years ago we were not hesitant to continue going there. I grew up in the neighborhood and went to school with mike, he has always been strait up with me and my family, never one to beat around the bush. If the bill ever was to much they would price match with other competitors if not beat it for customers. If I couldn't afford to pay my whole bill then mike or juanita would work out some kind of payment plan. Norms is a great place to have automotive work done. Their cars on the car lot side are nice affordable used cars. My family has bought 3 in the past 10 years and have been great cars for the money and there detailing services are amazing and at the same time very cheap comparing to other professional detailers I have used in the past. All in all great family owned service.

Lemon car disaster, buyer beware! On July 7th, we bought a 1991 Nissan Maxima from Norm's A-1 Auto for $2,762. The engine cut out the next day. We called the dealership and they were no help. The next day I attempted to drive my 12-yr old sister to camp, and the car stalled between 7-8 times on I-35. Once again, the dealership was no help and said we bought the car "as is". The following Monday, we had an independent mechanic look at the vehicle, and the engine overheated on their lot. Preliminary review indicates that there is original antifreeze in the car, and the radiator needs to be repaired. The rusty antifreeze spewed all over the engine and down the side of the car. Needs new radiator and thermostat, possible head gasket leaks. Norm's Auto has been obstinate with us. The only "help" they have offered is to work on it at a "discounted rate", but they will not pay for the required tow. We have filed claims with the BBB and State Attorney General.
