Hate working with this company. Employees are rude, non- helpful idiots! Watch out giving them permission to take 18 dollar payment out of checking account and they take $73 causing an overdraft charge to me. I am disabled and they have me crying every time I have to deal with them which is not good for my health. HThe problem is it is the only Medicare Company in my area & l have to work with them if I want my oxygen. I wish I didn't have to give any star to them.

phone system stinks . can not talk to live person . schedule inquiry not working . four week delivery keeps being stretched to 5 week . (do not have enough O2 to last that long) . This has happened to me several times now. I am 75 years old in poor health and do not this stress. maybe I need to look for a reliable company.
