Open Pantry Food Marts of Wisconsin is a company that operates nearly 40 convenience stores in Wisconsin cities. The company is based in Pleasant Prairie, Wis., and provides customers with one stop convenience for fuel, newspapers, coffee, milk, tobacco and grab and go food. Open Pantry Food Marts of Wisconsin has more than a dozen stores in the Milwaukee area, six in Madison, Wis., stores in Appleton, Racine/Kenosha and Waukesha, Wis., and a store in Crystal Lake, Ill. Willow Creek Coffee is the centerpiece for the new bistro-like Open Pantry stores. The company opened Willow Creek Espresso Bar on a University of Wisconsin campus in 2005. It features espresso drinks, frappes, coffee, gourmet sandwiches, Simma's fresh bakery, Blue Dawg Bagels, three varieties of soup prepared daily, a cereal bar, comfortable seating in front of a fireplace, free WI-FI access and a conference/study area.
