The doctor sent me to SERC because six weeks of home therapy was not working. My first visit to the doctors after the surgery, he said I had to reach a certain position of bending my knee. I told Craig what was said and Mattie (therapy student) what had to happen. They created a program that met the requirements to bend the knee. With a little extra push from Craig on my knee, now and then, and Mattie and Craig coming up with a new exercise and massages from both on my knee. Corrected the problem, the doctor released me. Thanks to SERC everything is great!

After breaking my arm and then waiting for my bone to heal, I was having trouble getting my range of motion back to normal. Friends recommended SERC. Craig was able to help me get my arm back to normal through exercises. Craig and Donna are very open and friendly. I was made to feel like one of the family. I would highly recommend SERC to anyone needing physical therapy.

During the six weeks I was treated at SERC, I was completely relieved of a problem I had dealt with for 4 years. In regard to my other problem, I had substantial improvement, but did not receive complete relief. The therapists who helped me were concerned with my progress and did their best to diagnose the best treatment for me. They showed concern that I was getting relief from my problem.

Severely sprained ankle and therapy has almost 100% put it back to its original strength in less than 10 weeks. The treatment was excellent. Also strengthened my healthy ankle. I learned many new exercises to help the ankle that I wouldnt have known without therapy.

There are no words that can express how I feel about the Pleasant Hill SERC staff. I barely walked through the door my first day. Thanks to them not only do I continue to return after work comp stopped providing, but I can play with my grandchildren again. Craig, Donna, and the rest of the staff will forever be in my prayers!

My first impression when I walked into SERC - the place was clean and neat. I was greeted by the friendly Donna. Craig greeted me with a professional manner. In asking me questions, he was able to assess my problem. Four weeks of therapy has greatly relieved the pain and tingling in my arm and hand. I would recommend Craig to anyone who needed therapy.
