Don't waste your time! Made an appointment and the tech never showed up. Called twice after I waited through my 3 hour appointment window, got transferred to a "manager" twice, no one answered the phone nor returned my two voice mail messages. Had to give them my credit card to make the appointment so now I have to worry about them billing me for the non-existent customer service.
