I recently went to Honest1 and personally feel they didn't stand up to there name! After going in the service advisors were rather rude, treated me like i was a child. When i went to pick up my vehicle, not only was it not done but the price had magically increased from the amount that i authorized. Upon taking my vehicle home i found a dent behind the drivers door that was not there when i dropped it off! When i confronted them about the dent they refused to have it fixed and claimed they didn't do any damage to my vehicle. So after paying a higher price then agreed upon i have an $800 repair bill from the body shop to fix the dent! VERY DIS-SATISFIED!!!!! Will not return!!
