Wish i could give zero stars because that would be more fitting. If you see these fools trucks driving around with a full load and uncovered i hope for your sake nothing fly's out and hits your vehicle. Because these turds have West Bend Mutual insurance that will take forever to review a claim, and then with overwhelming evidence will still deny claim due to their customers incompetence. I would ask anyone who sees these ass clowns trucks driving around with a dump truck load of anything unsecured to take pictures and show them to law enforcement or DOT officers. Because if this happens to you driving down the street when something fly's out and damages your vehicle i'm sure it will end the same way with no accountability to this company or their crappy insurance. I have given your company and your insurance more then enough opportunities to make this right and you have chosen not to do so. So now i will take it into my hands to recover the money that your company has cost me to fix damage to my vehicle.
