In the recent months, the sandwiches they make here have been really sloppy. I'm a vegetarian so I only get the Veggie Delight, and they put almost no vegetables on the sandwich. They also cut the bread with the knife either backwards or forwards, they don't really care which way they use the knife, and that seemed to bother me at the time for some reason.
