Wish I could give 0 stars! RUN, DON'T WALK away from them! Bad reliability, bad communication. Took my HDD to copy it to backup HDD, which I could normally have done it myself in 1/2 hour except I had had multiple computer probs all at same time. Said it would be ready possibly early the next bus. day, definitely by the afternoon. That next afternoon they claimed they were just starting it. Near the end of the next bus. day they left message, "We have copied all your files to your other HDD." My son picked it up. When I got home (after they closed) and looked at it, I saw NOTHING. Called them and left message complaining that they had done nothing, panicking because I was afraid they copied the wrong way and destroyed data I could not recreate. They called the next day to say they had created an image file -- that needed commercial software to access. Caused me TONS of stress, and I almost lost my second-biggest client.
