Established in 1951, Gregory Gardens Elementary School provides academic classes to students in kindergarten through grade five. Its curriculum includes language arts, math, science, basic skills, social studies and physical education. It also conducts classes in vocal music, string orchestra and band. The school has a parent-teacher association that organizes various international festivals and fundraising events. It has a library that offers a collection of books and other study materials to enrich and support student s educational programs. It operates a more than 47,000-square-foot facility that houses a special education preschool, assessment center and a Pleasant Hill Recreation Child Care program. Gregory Gardens Elementary School is a part of the Mount Diablo Unified School District and is located in Pleasant Hill, Calif.
