Very disappointing! (1) They are not set up to receive voice mail, and apparently don't check their e-mail so if you want to make any changes to your order, speak to them directly with their limited office hours. (2) The sample t-shirt they loaned me (to check for size) was NOT the same brand they ordered, so I had a bunch of children who looked like they were SWIMMING in their shirts. (3) Very unprofessional shop. Expect employees' children riding scooters all over the store, screaming babies, etc. On my last visit there, the employee behind the desk completely ignored me to go comfort the 2-year-old screaming child. She came back to the desk, didn't even acknowledge me, and went to the little room behind the desk with computers, sat down, and started working. I was completely amazed - never had a company who should *want* your business blatently ignore me like that. Needless to say, we will not be back.
