CK Builders About Us Chad Kirkham found his passion and knack for building as a boy when he completed his first major construction project. A small wooden fort, complete with a brick fireplace hidden beneath the bows of an overgrown pine tree in his parents back yard. Unfortunately, his dream fort didn’t last long as it was destroyed by a large dowse of water his father used to extinguish the smoke coming from said fireplace. Though the fire within the fort was extinguished, the fire within Chad to build quality structures burned brighter than ever. In 2002, Chad Kirkham realized his dream by starting CK Builders, a general contracting company where quality is the primary focus of everything we do. CK Builders aligns itself with manufactures of the highest quality products that have the best warrantees in the industry; practices quality time proven installation methods; and partners with like-minded high-quality sub-contractors that offer exceptional service at a great value. The main focus of every day is to provide “quality that lasts a lifetime!” In order to focus on the construction side of his business, Chad has built a management team whose skills and talents create a solid foundation of excellent customer service, honor, integrity, honesty, and hard work. Daily operations of the company are championed by Robynn Kirkham, Chad’s wife, whom brings over 25 years of construction experience to the company. Robynn has a multiple degrees in office administration, accounting, and health which creates a dynamic and diversified office environment. Joe Linza is the Vice President of Sales. Joe brings many years of customer service and networking to the team. His communication and follow through sets him apart as one of the leaders in the industry. Kristi Johansen also is an integral part of the office team as she is assists both management and the crews with day to day operations.
