This is an EXCEPTIONAL Heating and Cooling company !!!! I cannot say enough good things about them. !! When my gas furnace died about 2 years ago, I was told by the first company I called that a replacement would be a staggering $6000 !!!!! Mind you, that was ONLY for the gas furnace and NOT a new AC unit. Fortunately I found Ricks while attending the local Home Show. He came out and gave me a quote of $2200 !!! He obviously got the job. !

At 11 PM last night Jan. 21, 2019--The unit quit blowing hot air. It was -2 outside ! I called and left a message on the answering machine and by 7:45 AM Rick was on the phone and Joe the technician was here within 30 minutes !!! Turns out it was simply a vacuum line which had come loose. Joe is a WIZARD at what he does and I can also not say enough good things about him.

I would NEVER use another Heating and Cooling Company !!
