My wife had a horrible experience with this place. They kept billing her checking account for 3 months after she cancelled her account and she finally had to issue a stop payment order to get them to stop billing her (which cost her even more money). Fast forward to December of 2011 when they cashed a check that was 15 months old, causing major problems with my checking balance! Avoid this place or at least pay cash for everything you do when you deal with them because their bookkeeping is horrendous! She has also filed with the BBB and they have yet to respond to try to give their side of the story- should tell you something!
