Tried to return unused runner, but the top of the package was open, would not take back the item. It was obvious it was not used. Plus the bride won a chocolate machine at the bridal show, $200 gift value on the certificate. They would not let us use the value towards a tent, table, & chair rental. They are all about the money not customer service or future business. Mother of the bride
