The staff is amazing!!!! Completely knowledgeable and helpful. I felt so comfortable asking any questions. In comparing prices from a spa in Albany, I have to say that ONE has amazing quality and they keep all their prices so reasonable that I can "experiment" and try many of their services that I would have otherwise not have been able to afford. I would totally recommend this spa to everyone!!!
