Dispatcher and Drivers are disgustingly rude!! Do not recommend AT ALL.

Drive this company out of business! We had a terrifying experience this Thanksgiving holiday with this company. We ordered a cab with the pay ANY TYPE option because we were going to use a debit card. The driver then demands cash. We explained to him we'd need to go to an ATM we didn't find an open one and he started going ballistic cursing us out. We demanded he stop the insults and he told us to get out of the car. Then he had the gall to threaten my daughter and say I know where you live. We reported him to the cab company and if he's still employed they haven't done their duty. We then had to file a police report. This guy should be in jail or in an asylum. Great job hiring the lowest of the low City Taxi!

This company is the worst that I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with, not only do they charge the highest prices their customer service is the worst featuring the worst drivers perfect example, I called the company explained that I was handicap and needed a driver to help me what I got instead was a driver that left me stranded because he couldnt help, when he should have instead explained the situation and given me the choice, not only that but he actually took another fare which had been the fare of another company i would find out talk about business ethics, I called the company to explain the situation and was left with there's nothing they could or would do to rectify the situation I strongly suggest against doing any business with this company to anyone.

I've been a regular, loyal customer of City Taxi for over six months now, using them twice a day, five days a week. Never had a complaint before last night.

I had a few drinks with some friends (as consenting adults are allowed to do) and found it time to go home. I went outdoors before I even CALLED a cab and proceeded to wait there for an hour in the cold. I wasn't too irritated about waiting, because I know they're busy on a Friday night.

After an hour, I called them back to make sure my cab was still on the way. The dispatcher was such a rude jerk to me that I'll never use their company again! He informed me in a very snotty voice that my cab had already been there, beeping, waiting for me, and I wasn't there. I asked if he was sure he sent it to the right address, because I'd been waiting outside the ENTIRE TIME and no City Taxi even slowed down outside the house.

The dispatcher said "No, you weren't there, so you're gonna just have to call somebody else" and hung up on me.

So City Taxi, what a class act - leaving a drunk girl stranded in the cold outside her friend's place for an hour, then not even apologize or offer to send another cab. Just HANG UP on a paying, regular, loyal customer.

And that's why they lost my business. Their new motto should be "The customer's always right - unless it's a Friday night and they've been drinking. Then we're free to treat them horribly."

Very upset with this company. It seems every time I try to use it either there is no answer or like now no answer then phone off the hook. Not a good way to keep business!

Holy shite, girl on the phone had no idea where a major craft beer store was, could not hear her over ringing phones and bad connection. Cost $14 to drive 1.7 miles and back, + $3 to wait "7" minutes. $17 total, almost worth it to walk instead. Next time I will take a cheaper cab and call another one back so no waiting fee

Really nice service and quick. The cars were really clean as well. I also appreciated the fact that they recommended some places to eat at. Will defintley be taking city taxi again!

Drivers are friendly and great customer service from the dispatcher. The cars are very clean and you never wait long for your cab. They are always their within 20 minutes or less.

So bad company no respect or manners of how to talk when you call them no one comes you call them again they will swear and will tell you call another company . The only thing they are proud of is that they are the only taxi company working in the area

The driver was absolutely lovely. But the dispatcher was so rude. He yelled at me and hung up twice because I wanted to know how many minutes the cab would be

I am a 21 year old female and their dispatcher hung up on me 3 times at 2 in the morning while I was standing on the street waiting for my cab ALONE!

So far I enjoyed using the service of this taxi .... I think it's a very commendable taxi service ... Most of the drivers are friendly

Best ride with city taxi in plattsburgh ! I ride their fleet of 20 taxis almost every weekend... Taxi # 8 is awesome with a very friendly driver during evening... Love city taxi!!!!

I have been a customer for 20 years at Plattsburgh City Taxi. They are 95% on time. Its a taxi service, you can't expect to be on top of the list every time you call for a taxi. Highly rated service in my book.

Not customer friendly. A simple request to check a taxi for lost property was refused.

They arrived to my house quickly and got me to the mall really quickly (speeding). The guy was somewhat friendly but was talking on his phone the whole time. They say they are really clean(not true). Overall it was just okay. Cost me $15 for about 6 miles.
