Whoever gave the 1 star just had a bad experience. Honestly I can't complain. Movies there are way cheaper than other places and it serves its purpose.

the owner was loud rude very disrespectful. my wife got harry potter tickets in advance for us to have a nice night out for dinner and a movie which we dont get very often. we get to the movie theater the owner was seating people we wanted to sit together he laughed and said that's not gonna happen. So we asked if we could get a refund or tickets to another showing. He said no i could have sold your tickets a hundred times over take these seats or dont. We had been looking forward to this for a long time and with todays economy the way it is we had to save change for nearly three months to get the money to go out and in a matter of minutes by being rude and unprofessional the owner of the theater took this away from us. We will not be going back to this theater and are advising all of our friends and family to go to the Avalon or Dodge theaters where the owners treat customers like they care if you have a good experience or not. The building and atmosphere are nice but the customer service not so much. It wasn't the fact that we couldn't get a refund or other tickets that angered and disappointed me so much as it was the way we were treated by the owner.
