Snyder's has been our go to heating, AC and plumbing guys since we moved to Platte City 10 years ago. Always friendly, quick and very reasonable on their prices. They are a local, family owned business and it shows in their customer service. It's great that the are available 24/7, because it seems like every time we've needed them it has either been in the evening or on the weekends.

I paid for parts and services for my heat pump that were never done. I paid for a valve that was never installed, I was always told numerous times my heat pump was running fine but it was also low on Freon which was lost because they kept on hooking up their gauges to it.
