Unfortunately, after 5 years of being a loyal client, we parted ways with this firm. It was a great relationship as long as we didnt ask questions about our returns. The first year time we asked questions due to a dramatic change in our tax liabilities, Todd Karlin told us we would be better served by using someone else. Im not sure if Mr. Karlin couldnt answer the questions asked, if he felt incompetent working on our returns, or if he simply didnt value our business as there was no further explanation. Regardless, I would not recommend this firm for any tax preparation beyond a 1040 EZ. The way we were treated at the end for simply asking questions was very unprofessional.
