Once we transitioned to Accountsult, the association had a more immediate need: to secure a $2million bank loan for much needed building repairs. Mark and staff professionally shepherded us through this grueling process, compiling documents and financial records on our behalf. Our condo association has been using accountsult for many years as our accountant. Mark Buckhalter has a super knowledge of Florida condo law. He has been a rock of information as to what we can and cannot do. Having a lock box for collecting the maintenance is perfect. We send in bills to his office and they make the checks and send them back to us for two signatures. This is good that no one touches the money.
