This staff is always unprofessional, facility is always dirty and tonight (last night) I took my 5 year old at 8:25pm (they close at 9pm) and told them my daughter has a fever and I think the flu. Front desk refuse to see my daughter because they were booked with patients (with many open seats in the lobby still). So I took my daughter to the ER and she was diagnised with the flu. I will be calling to file a complaint on this staff and Dr Kay which approved to refuse patients.

Best place to go when your primary care can't give you an appt.

I visited Urgent Care with my 1 yr old when he had a gash by his left eye. Required stitches; clinic not really equipped for small kids. Didn't have proper size equip for small kids but did the job and avoided hospital wait and cost. Hardest part was stitch removal when I had to hold my child down cause didn't have proper restraints (not that I would have wanted to see him restrained!) Needless to say, no scar left so I guess it was a job done right. We were seen almost immediately.
