I have been a satisfied customer for approximately 13 years. The staff are highly knowledgeable in my experience. The fellas have always been polite and courteous and answered any questions I may have had to the best of their ability, and if they couldn't they would direct me to someone who could. Mr. Chris(the owner) has went above and beyond for my jeep's needs. From going in after hours just to take my keys if time consuming repairs were needed to offering to have one of the fellas drive him to my job so he could take my jeep to the shop, do the repairs needed while I was working then bring my jeep back
to me. Now I can't speak for anyone else but where I come from (P.C. FL.)that's
going above and beyond! That kind of service deserves more than 5 stars, that's better than the best and it don't get no better! A first class honest team of fellas who know their way around a vehicle is not so easy to find, especially when you are a woman but let's be honest they are like the cowboy a dying
breed. So as for me and my Jeep, we will continue to be serviced at the Road Runner Oil & Lube in Plant City. My Jeep goes no place else. Incredibly rude and unprofessional

I just came from having my oil change. I had them use the 20/5 synthetic olio the new cars require. I said I wanted the BASIC oil change and filter. They charged me $69.44. The cashier said the shop guy told me the price he did NOT. So he called him in he admitted he did NOT tell me but, they charged me $69.44 any way. I have 3 cars they have been doing.
