onitor all issues arising she then told me she could not waive my rent for the month but then told me I could vacate premises giving a thirty days notice to vacate with no penalties or fines and I would receive all my deposit 1,785.00 worth so I turned in my notice with our agreement and now am closing on a house in Oct during witch that manager is no longer here and the new manger called me today and said she can't honor the old manger agreement and says I will have penaltys and fines of early breakage cause there is nothing stated in my file over the matter witch I know there was something in there cause I watched her write it in my file the assistant manager told me yesterday she knows what was said and knows the agreement but the new manger says she can't honor it cause there's know written agreement I would like this resolved in a timely manor before legal actions and I get Texas Renters Association and the EPA involved I don't want any issues and I know you guys don't either please call me back three messages and like ten calls unreturned, I'm in rockbrook village lewisville Thanks
