The service person rang the doorbell and let me know that he was there and what he was going to do. He was very polite!

The technician introduced himself and did a good job of answering my questions. He was thorough in his duties.

This is my first year with TRUGREEN. So far, I am very pleased with everything they have done for me. I had a lot of small weeds in the yard and they treated them twice. I still have some but it has been quite an improvement. I had lost much of my grass during the winter but it seems to coming back reasonably well. There are still areas that have not covered yet but with the current water restrictions, it's hard to get it to cover. July and August are hard months on the best of yards. I'm pleased with it's progress so far. Your Specialists have been very accommodating to all of my requests and have responded very nicely on all occasions.

Athough I've never met him, the man who services my yard is exemplary. One day I happened to be home when he came and I saw how friendly he was with my dogs. This is always a concern when someone comes into your backyard. Also, when I asked that the paperwork from the yard treatment be put in the slot which goes directly into my house from the front door area, he immediately began doing this. This is also very much appreciated. I do still have lots of weeds and believe that another application would be helpful. Thank you.

Chuck Thompson does our lawn. He is the best we ever had. Takes time to explain what he's doing and why. Our lawn looks so good that several of our neighbors have switched to TG. I tell them to demand Chuck be the guy that does it or don't sign up.
