Told them what I needed but said they had to come and see what was needed. It cost me time and travel for them to tell me I needed the exact same parts I told them I needed in the beginning. They said they would get me a price and call me back. I told them I would pay for overnight freight because I needed my machine fixed ASAP. It's been a week and I still haven't heard anything back.
