Negative stars if possible! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR BELONGINGS.....they certainly do not. While moving to our new home, the movers broke my $4000.00 + limited edition Ralph Lauren glass top coffee table. The owner seemed genuinely concerned at first (the guys moving it took full responsibility and even took their own photos to show the office). The owner guaranteed me that he would submit this to his insurance company and have a check to me within 30-90 business days. I sent him the glass replacement quote. It has now been 118 days and he stopped responding 2 months ago. My attorney has filed a small claim with Dallas County. In addition, they don't wrap or protect anything when loading, moving or unloading. furniture and mattresses arrived filthy from the back of the truck. In addition to the small claim, they have been reported to Groupon as well as an unreliable vendor.

Worst movers!!! Never showed!!

This company stood me up twice without ANY communication. I was scheduled to move on a Tuesday at 1 and no one even bothered to call me to tell me they would not be able to come due to a larger move from another customer. I called every hour on the hour and the office kept telling me they will have the manager call me. The manager finally called at 6pm and said they could not show up until 9pm or to reschedule. I sat there ALL day waiting on them to not show!! I rescheduled for first move at 8am and they promised I would be the first stop. I called at 8am and no one would answer the phone. Finally at 9am, still no movers but the office answered the phone. She said she will call the manager and have him call me. This again??? So I began calling the office every 15 minutes and got voicemail. Finally at 10:30 the girls answers and said the truck broke down. I asked her if they could send the 2nd crew and she said she will have to call the manager!! Oh my goodness! Long story short, no communication AT ALL, no movers, had to go to Craigslist for movers (who showed up within two hours and were awesome by the way), no working trucks, an office that doesn't answer the phone and when they do, she can not think for herself and always has to call a manager and doesn't return phone calls. Overall the WORST experience of moving in my life! I not only had to postpone my move, which screwed up everything from cable, having to pay a service fee for calling the electric company last minute to change dates, to internet, to carpet cleaners, to paying extra at the apartment complex AND loosing an extra day of pay for the movers standing me up. I lost over $700 due to this company and they never showed and never apologized. $700 is a huge hit to my pocket book!!

Buyer Beware!

Late for move. Very rough with furniture, several damaged items. Promised to return the next morning to reassemble beds, dining table. Never showed. Will not return phone calls. Would never recommend to anyone!

Bad Movers

If I could give negative stars I would!! These people cheat you and disrespect you! Don't do their living social deal either. I am dealing with living social right now on giving me my refund back! I booked these people a month in advance and made sure that I asked what charges would be due day of move. Not only did they make up charges when they got to my place. They told me that Mason the guy I spoke to a month ago was fired and could not fulfill his word on charges.

Lets just say day of move they were six and a half hours late, they didn't call I had to call them. They made up charges like a $75 dollar walking fee from the elevator to their truck. A $50 stair fee ( I had an elevator) ! When I asked them about these bogus charges and said what kind of discount am I getting for them being 6 and a half hours late? They acted like they called the office and then tell me I was going to have to pay for all of it. While giving them a lecture on how this was wrong and to call the office again , they told me "you know what we are just going to cancel this move. ""The office gave us the go-ahead to cancel on you." I was stunned and they took my stuff of their truck and left. I then called the office found out they lied about the stair/elevator fee. However the office did not care and asked if I wanted to reschedule. Wow I had to get other movers. These people suck!!!!! Their workers also have face tattoos on their eyes the how many people they have killed kind. Crooks crooks crooks!!!!!!

This was my second time using Royal Movers and the guys did not disappoint! They showed up to my front door on time and ready to go. The Driver Hunter took charge of his team and got us moved out of our 2400 square foot home in less then 3 hours that was amazing knowing how much stuff We had going that day. They took care of my belongings and even moved my refrigerator at no extra cost. I love these guys

I was impressed by these guys teamwork skills displayed while moving me out of my third floor apt. They made a chain to get all my little things down and then double teamed the big stuff. They were so in sync not much needed to be said to keep my move flowing smoothly. The movers finished in a great time saving me money and time! Thank you I will be calling you guys to move my mother in the spring!

Called Royal Movers to move me out of my 3,000 square foot home. The first thing I noticed was that they answered the phone! And not with just anyone I could tell the person on the phone had customer service experience. Reggie explain the prices and fees to me in a way that I could understand and feel safe with using their services. The guys that showed up the day of my move were professional and knowledgeable of their skills and it showed coming down the stairs with my master bedroom safe! It came down like it weighed 10 pounds and its a 400 pound safe! These guys were amazing and very strong I would recommend Royal Movers again and again.
