Rented a home in a desirable area in Plano. The neighborhood was nice and the house had enough space.However, there is a lack of communication between managment; the only person that appears to be reliable is the receptionist. Repairs are requested and made within weeks unless the receptionist gets it done. Upon moving out we experienced that they refuse to give rental history and we aren't the only tenants that experienced this. They refuse to give any leway upon moving out; so be prepared to have viewings in the midst of moving. Its ashame PPM refuses to give the courtesy of a pleasant move out experience, requiring you to be out before the date you even moved in, and I can see gettinig our deposit back is going to be a fight and our attorney will be involved if necessary. Overall, they need to honor their word, give rental history, make speedy repairs, be cordial to tenants by working with them, give back deposit upon moveout when tenants have fulfilled all requirements!
