Located in Plano, Texas, Performance Pipe is the successor to Plexco and Driscopipe. In 2000, Chevron Corporation and Phillips Petroleum Company combined their worldwide chemicals businesses into a joint venture, Chevron Phillips Chemical Company. Performance Pipe, a division of Chevron Phillips Chemical Company, succeeded Plexco and Driscopipe as North America's largest producer of polyethylene piping products for gas, industrial, municipal, mining, oilfield and utility applications.
