One of the worst experience i had at a auto repair shop. I will never go back because of the bad customer service. At least let me know so I can make plans, move my meetings and appointments. I spoke with the "manager" and he basically told me there was nothing he can do. I cant have my car back because he cant put it back together without the missing part and that I am causing him business because my car is taking up one of the bays! WOW! All it would have taken was to give me a rental car for two days or until the car was fixed. It would have been cheaper for me to take it to the dealer considering I lost two and half days of work! NOT once did they apologize, all they said was it was not their fault.....

Botched an oil change

Botched an oil change... Broke the plug on the oil pan. Had to wait to get it fixed because they are closed on Sunday's. So i watched in horror as my car leaked oil all Saturday evening and Sunday, feeling quite sorry for the ducks and fish in the nearby pond- that are now swimming in oil- thanks to the environmentally irresponsible monsters at mastertech auto. Missed some work, had to be driven to work eventually by some convict looking fellow.... Oh my goodness. I'm just praying that they close on Sunday's because they are real Christians.... Although something tells me these folks just use Christianity to make customers think they are trustworthy and good. Mastertech tech auto... May I suggest doing a shoreline spruce up to make it right?

I just went Mastertech for the first time today and was so impressed that I had to say thank you and how much I appreciate such incredible service. I came in today with luckily a minor issue, but so many times when you dont know what to expect, you can be so easily taken advantage of. What a wonderful experience to have an obviously ethical and honest place to come to for auto repair. You're a rarity in this area! Not only was my car fixed quickly- but I was not even charged! Thank you so much!

I brought my car in to get the brakes looked at since I had 65,000 miles on my Camry and never had to change the brakes yet. My car was starting to vibrate a little when I came to a stop so I figured it was time to change the front brakes. When they looked at the brakes it turns out the front brakes were fine but the back brakes were worn pretty far. They gave me the option to just change the back brakes out and see if that would stop the vibration when I stopped; if it didn't then bring it back in and they could shave the rotors on the front and that should correct the vibrations. Or I could just do them both at the time; which I did since it wasn't much more do to do that then. Now my car brakes like a champ. They could have oversold me and told me that my front brakes and back brakes were needing changed and I would have thought it would be right. Thanks MasterTech.

Honest service

The dealer wanted $950.00 to replace a timing belt. MasterTech did the Timing Belt and a new Water Pump for less then $700.00.

These guys really do take the time to show what and why things need replacing.

Trust me try Mastertech out and you will be a customer for life.

Richardson

Trustworthy - Honest - CapableBy tom d.NTB replaced my spark plugs and cross-threaded one of the plugs. My wife was driving the truck when the plug blew out of the head, creating a major issue. I took the truck back to NTB, but they did not have the capability to do the fix. So, I went to Bankston Ford in Frisco, who wanted to replace the head for $4,000.I called Mastertech and told them the situation. The owner wasn't clear what the answer would be, but they wanted to look at the truck.I had the truck towed to Mastertech and later that day I received a call telling me that they could do a helicoil and it would cost me $230 dollars.1.5 years later, and my truck runs great and it didn't cost me $4,000.Trust Matertech - I've been going to them for 2 years now and they're honest and straight forward. They never add things to the list of problems and will always call you if they find something that needs a look at.Honest people doing business with honest people

Honesty comes first - great trusting people like them.

Have never had someone call me to tell me my car repairs would be less than quoted. Also, never had a business tell me I didn't need to have service done when I thought I would. This company is honest and very reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone that needed car repairs.

Not impressed.

I was having a problem with my vehicle and was looking for a mechanic. I went MasterTech based on the reviews from this website and the award they won back in 2004. Left my vehicle with them all day and they were unable to find and fix the problem. All communication was initiated by me. Would have been nice to have at least one call to update me on the status of the repair. Overall, not impressed.

Can count on them

Very knowledgable Service Manager. I felt I received an honest opinion regarding my brakes. I thought they needed to be replaced and was told they had another 10,000 miles on them. Will definitely use them again!

Notably good service experience. Frist time I found an honest auto repair shop

Honest service and very friendly. The mechanics actually come out to explain what they find. I went in for shocks and an alignment and shocks they told me all I needed was an alignment that the shocks were fine.
