very rude staff at the stamp selling counter...

I've done lots of business with this place in the past and up until now was satisfied. I mailed all of my Christmas packages this year to family with this business. I was neither asked about insurance or any type of details regarding the very large package. I paid for him to box it and ship it and the bill for 1 package was over $50. It was not sent priority or insured as I was not asked. Needless to say, it is not there now. He takes no responsibility for it and informed me that he doesn't have time to ask these details. I pay extra and expect service which he does not deliver. In essence, go to the post office. The wait may be long, but the service is better. Again, in his mind, he takes no responsibility. In a hard economy- deliver quality service.
