I have been using Maid Brigade of Plano for 5 years in three separate resisdences. THey are very user friendly. They will change their schedule to accommodate mine. They are on time, friendly, professional, and leave me with a spotless house. Their rates are competitive with other services. They use green products. They furnish all products and equipment. I have been using Maid Brigade in Plano for over 15 years and couldn't be happier with their service. They were very responsive the very few times I have had to make a complaint. The only time I had what could be considered a major issue, when a new employee used far too much cleaning product on my hardwood floors, they sent a crew back out the same day to correct the problem. They use "green" products which generally do a great job. I always provide the special cleaning product I prefer for my hardwood floors, and they happily use it. A couple of times I needed a special deep cleaning, and again left the products I preferred they use, as well as rubber gloves and scrubbers. They were again happy to comply with my request. I highly recommend Maid Brigade - Plano.
