      Originally launched as Cathedral Italian Bistro, the restaurant became an instant hit with sources such as D Magazine, the Dallas Observer and Culture Map. Luis' Prime uses fine-dining sources with well-known products like Berkshire pork, artisanal prime beef and top-quality seafood as well as making handmade pastas and pizzas daily. No expense was spared to create a vibrant restaurant and lounge that's both elegant and cozy. Reservations are recommended and available through Open Table.
