I enrolled my son for six months and was not planning to renew that b/c we saw no improvement. Mr. George the owner saved my credit card information and decided to recharge me for another six months, WITHOUT ASKING ME AND WITHOUT ANY AUTHORIZATION FOR AUTO PAYEMNT. When I requested a refund, HE REFUSED!!!!!! I was advised by my bank to file a dispute against him, which is what I did. It's been two months with paper work back and forth. AVOID this kumon location.
