Just got ripped off with this place. I will never go back here as even simple instructions like do not repair it if the lens is broken are ignored. I got the camera back but does not work and the memory card will not fit any more.

In November of 2009, Video Clinic came out to inspect my Panasonic projection television. I purchased this unit New from Circuit City in 1999, so it was over 10 years old, and I was thinking of investing in a new DLP unit, due to very poor picture (could not recognize any night time scenes) and after my t.v. frequently powered down (hard tap to back of t.v. and it powered back up - corny but it worked). If the cost for repair was prohibitive, I was running to Costco for a new unit. The cost to inspect at my home was $50, and then after further investigation (unit I want was $3,500...next year maybe), they returned a month later, picked up my television and repair was $324.75. The picture quality is as good or better than when the unit was new. Fortunately, They make every attempt to make me a satisfied customer, and are still working on the power issue, that again started to reoccur 3 weeks after the repair.I recommend them to my friends for their television repair needs.
