I have been very satisfied with their friendly, energetic and professional service at Assured Self Storage (run by Mike & Sandy) located between K Ave & Legace Dr in Plano, TX. They keep customer posted on promotions, special events, discount offers, invoice reminder, payment receipt and offer online account management. Whenever i call them or stop by for questions, they would always answer me with very nice attitude.

We moved in a few months ago and are glad we did. Moving from out of state and picking a storage over the internet was a bit of a concern. We have had a bad experience in the past. The girl on phone was so excited to get our business and she even emailed us pictures of the facility. When the movers arrived with our huge Allied truck, I was nervous. They opened the gates and it went smooth, plenty of room for the moving truck. The place was so clean and it still is. Just paid my bill and I love the way the couple that manages the place recognize and call me by name when I come in. The best part is that we are paying less than some of the lower quality storages around ours, which is why we hesitant in the first place. The rates seemed so low, but theres no catch. you will he happy here and your store stuff will be safe.

This is the first time I have ever seen a storage place that is clean and even decorated the office with Spring decor. I came in to pay my bill, and couldnt believe how nice it was. As a single woman, I rented here last month because it is clean and I just felt safe. The family that runs the place are adorable too.

My family and I found this storage place on the internet when we moved from California a few months ago. We chose them because they answered all of our questions and concerns before our moving date, and moving across country, we had alot! The managers live onsite, they are a young married couple raising a family and take alot of care and pride in the storage. In California, storage is everywhere, but we have never seen one this clean. The prices were so much cheaper than the places in the area too, they said it was because they are fairly new. If you want a clean storage and the best customer service, go here, we are certainly glad we did.

I live in Allen and have been storing at a Public Storage. Public Storage keeps raising my rates every few months. This place just opened this month, and I have already moved my stuff there. They let me use ther rental truck to move into their place. The couple that runs it lives onsite, and treated me like royalty. It is super nice & clean too, probably because its brand new. The best part is my rent is so much cheaper than I was paying at the old place. Plus, I got a move in special. I would recommend storing your stuff here!
