We have been with these guys a while now and we always get great service. We really appreciate how every staff member delivers GREAT customer service. Our technicians John and Lewis did a real great job. Lewis also educated me on some of the intricacies of a/c equipment and he also gave me his car in case I have any questions or concerns.

These guys do good work are reasonably priced and fair. I live in an older condo with split units on their last leg. Replacement would be VERY expensive due to the location of the units and poor design of the original construction. I have had TRA out a couple of times to fix leaks and keep the units running. These guys are top notch!

After one of the hottest days of the year their air conditioner was on the blink. I called TRA to book an appointment for the next day and the dispatcher got me in the same day with in 45 mins of my call. Less than three hours after my first knowledge of the problem, it was fixed. I was really pleased with great service and it was well worth the price paid.

For the last two years, TRA has been the first company I call to conduct A/C maintenance at my house. The thing I really like about them is that they actually show up on time, and complete the work they are there to do. They have never tried to convince me that I needed extra service, or that I needed something replaced when I didn't. Good to do business with.

These guys are real lifesavers, especially in hot weather! Both of my A/C units, upstairs and downstairs, went out for different reasons within a week of each other this summer as soon as we had a couple of hot weeks. The first time they were understandably busy and it was not too critical, so I said it was okay if they came the next day. One of the owners, called to set up the appointment. Then the next day, right on time, a very young man came to look at my A/C. He was extremely polite, articulate and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and he had a new A/C motor in his van. He explained it to me and told me the costs. Then he installed it and wrote out the ticket. I couldn't ask for better service. The next week, when my second unit went out it was really hot and urgent to get it fixed. the owner called and they were all booked up but they got someone who was a friend to reschedule and came out to fix it that morning. Have used them twice. Reliable and competent. When they came out, my problem did not appear so they told me to call them when it happened again. They came back, fixed the problem and charged me for only one visit. Very professional. Haven't had a problem since. Highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service, thorough, on time, and their business practices are beyond exceptional! We had a problem with our circuit board transformer that had burnt out. This business has EXCELLENT and PROFESSIONAL service!
