• Flu vaccine visit with doctor (15 min)
  Your child will be examined by the doctor who will review your child's medical history, perform an exam and answer any questions. The doctor will order the flu vaccine if appropriate at that time. Doctor visits are available at many different times. If needed, we can accommodate some flu visits within our regular schedule. Email Marylou, if special consideration is needed. Children under 3 yrs of age MUST be booked with a doctor. Flu vaccine can also be given during well care visits, or other times when your child is in the office and healthy enough to get the vaccine (such as follow-up visits.) You do not need to schedule these as separate flu shot visits. Please book ONE child per time slot.

• Flu vaccine with nurse (15 min)
  New This Year - Walk In Flu Day!! October 5th, 9 AM - 1 PM. For Nurse Flu Only. No doctor visits available on that day.Flu vaccine visit with nurse only. No copay required. Nurse visits are available most days from 8AM-7PM, and on Saturday mornings. Nurse visits do not include time with the doctor. If you would like to discuss anything with the doctor, or would like to have your child examined, please schedule a "flu vaccine with doctor.". Nurse visits are appropriate for healthy, non high-risk children over the age of 4. Children 3 and under MUST be booked with doctor only. Please book One child per time slot.
