      Norwood Terrace Health Center is a 100-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility with an over 15-bed postacute care unit providing 24-hour comprehensive inpatient care to adults of all ages. Its skilled nursing services include family counseling, cardiac telemetry monitored rehabilitation, tracheostomy care, intravenous therapy, dysphagia therapy program, and personalized nutritional, recreational and religious services. It is a contracted provider for several insurance companies, including MagnaCare, United Healthcare, Wellchoice, Qualcare, Aetna, Devon, Procura Management, University HealthPlan and Three Rivers Provider Network. The center also offers complimentary family transportation services. Norwood Terrace Health Center is an affiliate of the Garden State Healthcare Group and is located in Plainfield, N.J.
